For this issue I’ve roamed all over France discovering gorgeous gardens and finding out what key events are on for the massive celebration of 500 years of French Renaissance in the Loire. I’ve been to Angouleme, the hill top town in Charente, to Tours and Saintes which is home to a stunning Roman amphitheatre where you can walk in the footsteps of gladiators. There are articles on wine tasting in Saint-Emilion and what to see and do in the town, plus water tasting in Vichy (yes really, and it’s fabulous, very popular with the French!), vibrant Orleans and heaps more plus useful guides, expat insights and a whole lot more.
