At the end of October each year the chocolate event of the year takes place at the Exhibition Center of Porte de Versailles in Paris – the Salon du Chocolat.
The only trade show dedicated to chocolate this event has chocolate fans melting in delight!
500 participants, including over 200 renowned international chefs and pastry chefs, take part with many of them demonstrating recipes and working alongside 160 chocolate exhibitors from all over the world. Chocolatiers, pastry chefs, confectioners and ice-cream makers – its an opportunity for the industry and the public to meet and enjoy this most fabulous of foods.
Over 20,000 sq.m of interactive exhibition space, the Salon du Chocolat offers visitors an immersion into the world of Chocolate with a unique cultural, celebratory and gastronomic experience and a funky fashion show with clothes made from… yep, you’ve guessed, chocolate!
