The Petroplus refinery in Normandy, Northern France is to be offered for sale it has been announced. After weeks of speculation and anxiety about the future of Petroplus, and after two weeks of a shut-down following difficulties with extending credit lines, Petroplus have announced that they will look for a buyer in an effort to ward off full closure.
