Everything You Want to Know About France and More...

October in France Newsletter

Lozere languedoc roussillon

October in France is a month for enjoying walks in the crisp air and then warming up with a delicious cup of hot chocolate while you watch the world go by from a terrace or the inside of a café and watch the sun go down.

It’s time to think about hearty recipes like Rachel Khoo’s delicious pumpkin soup with Chantilly cream or tasty Sarlat potatoes or chicken in cider, a firm favourite in my part of northern France.

There’s plenty going on in October all over France and we’ve put a list together of some of our favourite events like the Salon du Chocolat in Paris, the second biggest flea market in the north of France, the rederie of Amiens with around 2000 exhibitors and the wonderful warm and authentic soup and bread festival at Montreuil-sur-Mer.

Wishing you a bon weekend where ever you are,
Bisous from France
